Discover all the secrets of bread and Viennese pastries made in Paris with this Traditional French Bakery Tour. An hour of pleasure and discoveries, which will smell good with warm bread!
Traditional French Bakery Tour
The visit will start at 10 am on rue Mouton Duvertnet, in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, famous for its neighbourhood bistros, small restaurants... And its bakeries! We'll meet in front of the Petit Mitron to start a delicious moment.
The visit to the bakery will take place in two stages. The first one will be dedicated to the bread. The baker will explain all of it's preparation secrets, from the yeast to the baking, including the secret ingredients to make the bread both soft and crunchy.
Then will come the moment of sweet pleasure, that of discovering the preparation of Parisian pastries. In your opinion, are chocolate loaves or croissants prepared with the same dough?
After 1 hour discovering the secrets of the bakery, you can leave with a baguette and a Viennese pastry.
