The process of buying the ticket from Civitatis was easy and the online voucher was a streamlined way of gaining access to Saint Chapelle. I got on line early as the ticket-holding line fills up quickly. I had a 9 am voucher, so I was on line by 8:30 am. The church is small but it is very beautiful. There is a lower and an upper level. The upper level is stunning with its stained glass windows. I rented an audio guide for 3 euros which was helpful. The whole experience was wonderful.

The Sainte-Chapelle is gorgeous and definitely worth visiting. I would recommend the audio-guide since it gives good explanations about the history of the building and explanations about the stained glasses. The queue is very poorly designed, which means that people with pre-booked tickets may have to wait much longer that people that just showed up without tickets.
