O passeio se divide em 3 partes. A primeira o guia leva o grupo para subir na Torre Eiffel. Ele já entrega os ingressos no momento do encontro. Depois enfrentamos uma fila enorme pra subir na torre. O segundo passeio ocorre às 18:45. Voltamos a encontrar o guia no mesmo local para irmos de ônibus dar uma volta na cidade. O ônibus é bem desconfortável e o trânsito em paris é caótico. Ficamos preso no engarrafamento por quase 1 hora. O último passeio é o de barco. O melhor de todos. Translate this opinion into English.

Por la mañana visitamos la torre eiffel, está muy bien porque ya te dan las entradas para subir hasta la cima y no corres riesgo de quedarte sin entrada. El tour del bus fue por la tarde, en un bus de dos pisos descapotable, la guia muy bien, pero pillamos mucho tráfico. Y mucho sol. Nos hubieran podido avisar que el tour era en dos partes ( mañana y tarde) para podernos organizar. El viaje en barco es por libre, te dan los tickets y subes cuando quieres. Referente a los guías tour eiffel , excelente, el paseo sena perfect, sin embargo, en el tour en bus , comparando con los otros tours realizados con vosotros en bis en londres, roma, oporto, Berlín...en este no disteis cascos ni audiologia en vivo como siempre,...un guía poco atento te proporciona un qr y que te descargues una aplicación y búscate la vida....me chirría, xq sabéis q no todos tienen datos o tarifas europeas o tarjetas adaptables, etc...una pena xq muchos canadiense o american

Regarding the Eiffel Tour guides, excellent, the Seine walk was perfect, however, on the bus tour, compared to the other tours I've done with you at Bis in London, Rome, Porto, Berlin...on this one you didn't provide headphones or live audiology as always...an inattentive guide gives you a QR code and tells you to download an app and find your way...it annoys me, because you know that not all of them have European data or rates or adaptable cards, etc...a shame because many are Canadian or American

Un consejo para quien reserve y tenga sus entradas y crea que ya lo tiene todo... NO os confiéis sobre todo si vais con el planning hecho y tenéis los días contados. Verifiquen que Civitatis a confirmado la reserva con el operador correspondiente de la excursión. Mi experiencia ha sido malísima, cuando llegamos al punto de encuentro no estábamos en la lista y no pudimos hacer la excursión y nos dejaron tiradas allí. Calor insoportable y con una niña de 11 años... Pésima experiencia.

A word of advice for those who book and have tickets and think they've already got it all... DON'T be overconfident, especially if you're planning ahead and have limited days. Check that Civitatis has confirmed your reservation with the tour operator. My experience was terrible. When we arrived at the meeting point, we weren't on the list, so we couldn't go on the tour. They left us stranded there. Unbearable heat, and with an 11-year-old girl... Terrible experience.
