Tour was on your own. Tickets issued at linkup point. Paper ticket given for entry to the Eiffel. Ticket given for the river boat cruise. Directed to come back in two hours to ride the city tour bus. No guide to point out anything. Electronic manual recording of seven featured locations and a map. Lights on bus did not work Use of equipment not intuitive. Numerous people in the group complained vocally / publicly to each other. Could not see map. Bus lights inoperative. Map useless

It was awful. First I have to look for them all the time. I couldn’t find the bus and neither the boat it wasn’t so specific where to find them. The guide just guide us to the Eiffel tower and she left us alone by ourselves. The time wasn’t great it was only 5 hours between Eiffel Tower and the bus take so long .

This activity does not include guide service. On the other hand, the information sent by mail indicates precisely where to find our local team to pick up the tickets. We are sorry, however, that the experience was not to your liking.

Eiffel tower, only walked us to entrance. we should of just bought tickets our self. bus tour, english hard to understand, never said what side of bus we should be looking , never knew where to look, very confusing.

The Eiffel tower and the river cruise were great. On city bus tour the history pad we were given didn’t work for any of the people around us or us. We had lots of music, what sounded like street noise and in over an hour only about three sentences in English. It was terrible. We didn’t have a clue what we were looking at!! No one ever came around asked if we were having any trouble. Very very disappointing!

If you have problems with a sound or video system, we recommend that you tell the staff available during the activity so that the problem can be solved on the spot.

El Guia estuvo de muy mal humor gritando y peleándose con las personas que tomaron el Tour, luego nos hizo tomar un autobús para hacer el recorrido de la ciudad. No tenía carga suficiente en mi celular para poder descargar la aplicación y escuchar desde mi celular la información durante el bus. Jamás nos comunicaron de este sistema. Le dije que por favor me ayude de alguna manera para poder tener la información del bus me dijo aquí tengo unos números llama quéjate si quieres ! Jamás me ayudaron

Al llegar bien porque nos atiende una señorita que habla español, pero al ir con el grupo hacia la primera actividad que fue la torre nos acompañó otra señora sin ganas y sin hablar nuestro idioma, nos deja en la cola y allí te la apañas. Después de vuelta al punto de encuentro que es el mismo punto de donde sale el bus y la verdad es que el señor que nos atendió estupendo. Y para lo último que es el paseo por el sena te dicen que vallas al muelle y te la apañes
