No dia que eu comprei (13/05/2023), a exposição do museu estava gratuita, já sabida previamente, mesmo assim a Civitatis me vendeu ticket pra esse dia. Ou seja, despedi dinheiro com o ingresso e não o utilizei.

No dia da sua visita, o museu era gratuito à noite, pois era a noite dos museus em algumas cidades europeias. No dia em que comprou o seu bilhete, o preço era o mesmo de sempre. Sentimos muito se houve alguma confusão a este respeito.

As many other reviews here, I say it loud: the civitatis VOUCHER IS NOT RECOGNIZED AS A VALID ENTRY TICKET by the Pompidou staff (4 different staff members in tickets&office), we could not enter! The reply of civitatis has been less than poor, after my online claim AND a phone call to the number +34910780507 (customer care, this number is regrettably not published in your website), the e-mail "we will refund your purchase into your credit card" arrived after 40 days! (The money has not arrived).

The voucher we sent is correct and is recognized as such by the Pompidou Center's management company. We are really sorry for the delay in reimbursing you, but we had trouble confirming with them whether your tickets could be validated or not. We will make sure this does not happen again.
