Disorganized, started one hour and a half late.

The Louvre is currently the most visited museum in the world. Even so, our team strives to perform all services in a timely manner. We are sorry if the day of your visit was not possible, and we will continue striving to improve.

We were there 11:30 and there were no one from the CompanyWe called a lot of times to the phone provided and there was no answer (+33750641316) we were there for an hour and a half and no one showed so we could not enter the Museum It was very disappointing for us, we travel from Mexico to visit for the first time and they let us there with no answer we want you to refund us

At 11:30 a.m. the group enters the museum and the tour begins, so the guide cannot answer the phone. In the mails sent we ask the clients to please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the time. We are sorry if it was not possible for you.

The activity itself great. The booking process horrible. Civatis cancelled the day before automatically our 3 people reservation only because we asked if we could have one more person. They said. No space for 4, your booking has been cancelled”. We had to rebook, right away and then they sent a message it was not confirmed. Until the same day we dis not know if the booking was confirmed or not. Horrible experience with kids.

Your first reservation was canceled and refunded automatically because there was no room for the fourth person you tried to add. Afterward, you made a new reservation for three people, all of which had room. We are sorry if any aspect of our reservation system was not to your liking.

We toured the Louvre and it was absolutely fantastic. Our guide was knowledgeable, lively and entertaining. (She was also very sympathetic as our toddler was not in the best of moods). We truly enjoyed our tour!

The tour was suppose to start at 2.15 and we started at 2:40 inside the louvre. Not only that but also it ended at 4.10pm. Meaning that it didn’t last 2.30hrs as it should. An audio guide could have provided the same information.

Sometimes when a tour has several participants, the guide needs some time to see how many people are there and to organise the group. The times on the website are indicative and can sometimes be modified depending on the number of participants on the tour or de general rhythm of the group. We hope you enjoyed the activity nonetheless.

fantastic way to navigate such a large museum and to get the history in commentary. there is a lot of queuing and I would not have been able to work all of it out by myself.

Very good, straight in, good informative guide, answered any extra questions. I would recommend this as an introduction to the Louvre and you can stay on all day if you wish, it is a vast museum, or return for another independent visit.

Very knowledgeable English speaking guide and excellent coverage of all three wings. Plenty of time for photos- amazing experience and very memorable. Well worth the skip the line live guided tour. Only downside is meeting point of tour and locating it - directions not clear unless you are using google maps app on phone to get to meeting point.
