This was an excellent and easy way to get around in Paris! Bought passes on-line prior to our arrival, easily exchanged for day of tickets from a kind and knowledgeable attendant at a Batobus station. Very clean, on time, warm in the colder months, and easy! Would definitely purchase again.

I bought the voucher online and noticed that the small print says you can only board the boat from 4 of the 9 boat stops. This meant that it’s not “hop on, hop off” as advertised. I contacted the customer services team to explain and requested a refund which they rejected. I exchanged the voucher at one of the 4 stops and was told that in fact I could hop on and off at ANY stop. Contrary to what customer services told me. This added significant time and planning to my journey. Very disappointed.

We have confirmed that the service was performed as offered. We are sorry if any of its elements were not to your liking.

Was not clear that the voucher needed to be printed to obtain tickets - this is not always possible as a tourist. Recommend providing e tickets, Q to get the ticket and then q to catch the boat were very long. It was over an hour before we got on the boat.

Both on our website and in the booking confirmation email, you were told that it was necessary to print the voucher. We are sorry if you were not able to see it in advance.

This company sels Voushers, not tickets. My vousher was not accepted at the pier because it was not printed in paper. This requisite was NOT stated clearly before and after buying service. Very misleading. Watchout where you buy stuff.
