Sail along the Seine River on board a Batobus, Paris’ hop-on hop-off boat, and disembark and embark as many times as you wish for 24 or 48 hours.

Route and stops

The Batobus stops at the following eight piers in central Paris:

  • Eiffel Tower
  • Musée d'Orsay
  • Saint-Germain-des-Prés
  • Notre-Dame
  • Jardin des Plantes / Cité de la Mode et du Design
  • Hôtel de Ville
  • Louvre
  • Champs-Élysées

Check a map with the route and approximate duration of each journey, from one stop to the next.

The whole journey takes approximately 2 hours. The panoramic boats offer incredible 360⁰ degree views. If it’s nice outside, you can also marvel at the sights from an outdoor area at the back of the boat. The boat drifts past the city’s iconic landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral or the elegant buildings housing the Louvre Museum and the Orsay.

The Batobus is also the perfect way to get around the city center, avoiding the frequent traffic jams! All boats are air-conditioned, which makes this the perfect means of transport all year long.

Schedule and frequency

Boats navigate daily from each of the eight piers every 30 minutes. See the schedule of the boat via the following link:

How it works?

Within the time frames indicated per season, you can head to any of the eight stops and climb on a Batobus whenever you want. From that moment onwards, you can climb on and off any boat as many times you want as long as your ticket is valid.

For example, if you have booked a 24-hour ticket and you use it for the first time on Monday at 13:00, your ticket is valid until Tuesday at 12:59.

Important information

  • This sightseeing river boat does not include a live guide or an audio guide on board. The Batobus offers a shuttle service between various stops in the city center.
  • The itinerary and boat stops are subject to the weather conditions and to the state of the river.
  • On the 13th of January 2020, the last boat will leave the Eiffel Tower at 4 pm, returning at 5:40 pm.
