Nos recomendaban estar 15 minutos antes de la salida y tuvimos que esperar a dos personas que llegaron 25 minutos tarde. La guía nos dijo que primero podíamos ir a Saint Séverin y si daba tiempo a Notre Dame aunque ella no podía explicar nada porque hasta mayo no están permitidas la s visitas dentro de la catedral con guía. Esta información no la teníamos. Le pedimos ir primero a Notre Dame aunque no nos explicase nada allí y menos mal ya que las colas a la salida eran enormes.

We were advised to arrive 15 minutes before departure and we had to wait for two people who arrived 25 minutes late. The guide told us that we could go to Saint Séverin first and then, if there was time, to Notre Dame, although she could not explain anything because visits to the cathedral with a guide are not permitted until May. This tour was very informative because our guide (Charlotte) is a performing Arts Graduate and is very passionate about the city surrounding the Castle of Notre Dame as well the Castle itself. Unfortunately we did not get to go inside the Castle due to the renovation project that is going on but maybe the next time we visit Paris in 2024 it will be open.

Una experiencia muy bonita, Lea la guía es encantadora. Eramos los únicos que hacíamos la excursión por lo que fue completamente privada. Nos llevó a rincones preciosos que no se suele visitar, nos explicó todo lo que había pasado con Notre Dame enseñándonos fotos de como había quedado. Muy buena la explicacion de la guia. Pero creo que la empresa deberia haber compensado mas o bien economicamente o un tour mas interesante ya que no se ha podido realizar la visita a la catedral por el incendio. Ademas el grupo era muy grande y la guia no llevaba microfono (no es culpa de ella) la empresa deberia suministrar un microfono y evitar grupos tan grandes

Nuestra guía fue maravillosa, y nos contó muchísimas historias y anécdotas sobre Notre Dame y la citè. La verdad es que fue muy amena la visita y nuestra guía fue encantadora con todos, y en especial con mis hijos. El problema fue que tuvimos dificultades para escuchar las explicaciones, y en mi opinión creo que la visita sería de 10 con algún tipo de sistema de audio, algún tipo de receptor que sí que hemos utilizado en otras visitas guiadas.

Me he sentido engañado, ya en la excursión pone Notre Dame, se supone que es entrar a la catedral, no que me cueste su historia. Que ya en la visita anterior, años 1995, y la contaron Espero que me devuelvan el. Importe de la excursión
