Nos citaron y un agente no hablaba una palabra de español. Nos dió un stiker y pidió que fuéramos al Bus a 150mts bajo la lluvia. La guía del Bus tampoco hablaba una palabra en español. No nos indico nada del circuito. Que podiamos hacer en Giverny. Que camino tomar para llegar a la casa.Tuvimos que adivinar la hora de abordar el Bus de regreso. Todo lo hicimos a ciegas. Me siento estafado. Pague una fortuna solo por el traslado de 2.personas. más caro que tomar un taxi.

They gave us a summons, and an agent didn't speak a word of Spanish. He gave us a sticker and asked us to go 150 meters away to the bus in the rain. Muy penosa la excursión. Nos hacen estar temprano para salir casi 1h más tarde. Una vez en Giverny te dejan en el parking y búscate la vida, las guías lo justito, pero lo peor fue la opción audioguía, un código QR para instalar la app en el móvil que se bloqueaba todo el tiempo y no te dejaba entrar, con lo que hicimos la excursión sin escuchar nada. Por el precio de la excursión se lo podían currar un poquito más pero qué se puede esperar de Civitatis, no es la 1era vez, pero si será la última

The excursion was very sad. They made us arrive early to leave almost 1 hour late. Once in Giverny they leave you in the parking lot and you have to figure out what to do, the guides are just right, but the worst thing was the audio guide option, a QR code to install the app on the mobile that was blocked all the time and did not let you enter, so we did the excursion without listening to anything. For the price of the excursion they could have worked a little harder but what can you expect from Civitatis, it is not the first time, but it will be the last.

No se cumplió, no había en español, la audioguia no funcionaba.La guía mala, sabía español pero dijo que ella solo inglés.se pagó un no servicio carisimo Podíamos ir por nuestra cuenta, porque al llegar , la entrada dijo nos encontramos a la vuelta. El lugar es precioso y el tiempo destinado para recorrerlo resulta suficiente. La audio guía se escuchaba bien y la información era completa e interesante. El problema fue la organización. Nos citaron a las 14 , era obligatorio llevar pasaporte original, que no pidieron en ningún momento. El coordinador llegó a las 14.15 y nos dijo que el bus estaba estacionado a 5 minutos del punto de encuentro sin siquiera señalar el color del mismo . Al volver demoramos 3 horas y nos dejaron en otro lugar.

The place is beautiful and the time allotted to visit it is sufficient. The audio guide was easy to hear and the information was complete and interesting. The problem was the organization. They told us to meet at 2pm, it was mandatory to bring the original passport, which they never asked for. The coordinator arrived at 2:15pm and told us that the bus was parked 5 minutes from the meeting point without even indicating the color of the bus. When we returned it took us 3 hours and they left us somewhere else.

No muy bien, cargué el código QR pero tuve que reiniciar el teléfono y no pude volver a cargarlo. La guía me dijo que no podía hacer nada al respecto. El autobús tenía algunas deficiencias Y en el viaje de vuelta una señal de alarma que indicaba que la puerta no estaba cerrada estuvo sonando todo el trayecto.

Tempo chuvoso saindo de Paris, que é parte da experiência ruim. No entanto ao chegarmos ao destino, depois de duas horas de trânsito, tivemos pouco mais de uma hora para fazer a visita, sob chuva, e voltar a Paris; sequer tivemos tempo de ir ao banheiro. A alegação é de que tinham outra agenda com outros clientes e tínhamos que sair de Giverniy rapidamente. Independentemente do tempo ruim ruim ficou claro que é um passeio mal planejado. Vale observar que não pudemos usar o banheiro do ônibus.

Estuvo bien, aunque por el precio lo mínimo sería que la guía nos fuera comentando cosas de Monet., una introducción o algo… La visita vale la pena, no así el precio del tour.. la entrada cuesta 10€, y los otros 79€… creéis que el traslado??? De verdad???

Fue más largo el tiempo del viaje que lo que estuvimos ahí. La mansión estaba colmada de gente, una odisea ingresar, y el resto son todos jardines con flores diversas. Ni más ni menos. Me pareció muy costoso para lo que en realidad es. Por otro lado, la actividad es en inglés, si no manejan el idioma es complicado porque te dan una especie de “audioguia” bastante mala. Ojo con eso.

Todo bien , autobús cómodo, salida puntual , guía amable , etc . El único punto es que yo reservé un tour en español y el guía NO hablaba español , afortunadamente entiendo un poco de inglés , pero iba con personas que no entienden nada , un adulto mayor , etc y pues un tour que no entiendes no tiene ningún sentido . Así que me parece pésimo que ofrezcan algo que lo dan .
