The tour was much better than I expected. The tour guide Raj is a very nice person. He provided detailed information on every location we stopped and there were times whereby he showed us pictures of the period/era he was referring to. It was very evident that Raj was providing his tourist guide service with a passion. Highly recommended!

Reuben "vampire" was fantastic hosting the Montmartre tour. Highly recommend. Very warm and knowledgeable, took us to a variety of places to explore this absolutely artistic and magical part of the country and his passion was a beautiful way to be introduced to more than just Paris. The duration was so reflective of the content he provided.

It was very good for me as I have an interest in art, especially impressionism. The guide was a creative hence the bias on art history. I learnt new interesting facts but I had also expected deeper cultural and historical significance to be explained outside of the art realm. Unfortunately I had no interest at all in looking at street art and I do think this should have been explained beforehand to manage expectations.

Very energetic guide who made the experience fun and educational! If we didn’t do montemarte with a guide we would have missed all the stories of where the artists lived and their backgrounds, we would have just walked by a door or a window not thinking anything about it further. Truely recommend having a guide to make your adventures alive! We saw all the major touristy things as well as enjoyed other hidden locations 10/10!

I really really enjoyed this free walking tour, she was so great storyteller plus she’s from France and a Montmartre lover!, we’ve enjoyed all the hidden gems she shared with us. This walking tour was very special because she tried to show us a different face of Montmartre, painters and artist houses, best spots to eat or drink some wine or beers!, she share with us her favorite spots and most important multiple faces or theories of the history. This was quite alternative and romantic!

Lucie is charming and very knowledgeable. Sadly, the group was too large for her to not have a microphone. There is so much road noise, tourist crowds; it was often impossible to hear her comments. I love the book she has that demonstrates things she is talking about. Just wish we could have heard her better:(

Had great time thanks to our Guide Ruben. He was really enthusiastic and fun. Places visited are really interesting and explanations keeps you hooked. Guide was very nice and made sure not to loose anyone along the way. Really enjoyed it and definitely would do it again next time I am in Paris.

Rubén did our tour and I have to say that It was okay in my opinion. I wouldn't say it was amazing and excellent as so many other times with others tour's guides. I think Ruben is quite new and probably need a little bit of more time and experience. In my opinion it was many of us in the tour, I would say it was at least 50 of us... Too much. He wasn't wearing any speakers or anything to help us listen what he was saying. Most of the time we were "loosing" people on our way.

The level of information was overwhelming for adults and not suitable for children. We had to withdraw from the walk after the first stop (standing for 20 mins) as ut wasn’t sustainable for us for the next 3 hours! Didn’t say anywhere that the walk was going to be for so long?

Excellent insight into Montmartre, its history and key sites. Guide was engaged and knowledgeable. Felt he was a bit long winded occasionally and got diverted into tangents (spent ages talking about invaders! - like who cares!). But overall well worthwhile and enjoyable.

I was unsure about the tour because I didn’t know if 2+ hours of walking through Monmartre would be something I would have enjoyed but I’m so glad I did it! The time flew by! Our guide Dawie filled the tour with really interesting historical facts and modern tidbits. Most importantly, he was funny! I found the stories of the famous artists who resided there fascinating, even though I’m not well versed in their work. Highly recommend!
