el trayecto fue bien pero estaba lloviendo y no lo pudimos disfrutar. Tambien encontre a faltar indicaciones. Nos costo mucho identificar el barco.

Anulada la actividad sin previo aviso, y nadie para informarnos en la dársena. Por crecida del río la darsena estaba inundada en la parada de la torre Eiffel. Cuando nos da por comprobar los horarios la página de Batobus coloca un mensaje ese mismo día diciendo que el servicio está anulado hasta previo aviso sin que nadie nos informe previamente, reventandonos el plan para ese día para 4 familias con niños pequeños. No es muy difícil enviar un correo en el momento en que se sabe.

NO PUDIMOS REALIZAR LA ACTIVIDAD. Lo que es peor no es eso, sino que organizas un viaje en base a la actividad, llegas y te encuentras que no hay ningún barco donde esperas. Justo el día anterior Citivatis mandó mail para recordar la actividad, sin embargo no ha sido capaz de comunicar que el servicio del Batobus llevaba cancelado varios días. Al reclamar me dicen que tendrán que comprobarlo con el proveedor, cuando en la web de Batobus pone bien claro que el servicio está cancelado.

MALA NO SE PUDO HACER LA ACTIVIDAD, el viernes sólo tenía tres paradas disponibles y el SABADO Y EL DOMINGO LA ACTIVIDAD ESTABA CERRADA por la subida del río. Es un buen plan, si no hay imprevistos de tiempo, pues accedes a gran parte de los principales monumentos y evitas posibles carteristas en el metro.
