Me encantaron los vitrales es hermoso y de la concergerie me gustó mucho que es interactivo y divertido. Solo recomendaría a Civitatis aclarar más, que se debe iniciar en Sainte Chapelle “haciendo fila” y luego al terminar pasar a la Conciergerie.. I loved the stained glass windows; they're beautiful. I also really liked that the concierge desk was interactive and fun. I would only recommend that Civitatis clarify that you should start at Sainte-Chapelle by queuing and then, afterward, go to the concierge desk. It does mention this, but not clearly enough, which is why at the concierge desk they ask if you've already been to Sainte-Chapelle. Opinion translated. Show original.

Teniendo en cuenta q la entrada es gratis y lo que se nos cobra (20€/persona), quizás un guía con alguna explicación estaría bien. La capilla preciosa, pero sin folleto (agotados en castellano) ni guía, pues sin más. La otra parte del palacio se salva xq te dan una tableta interactiva y así mejor.

Considering that admission is free and the price we pay (€20/person), perhaps a guide with some explanation would be helpful. The chapel is beautiful, but without a brochure (sold out in Spanish) or a guide, it's just that. The other part of the palace is a saving grace because they give you an interactive tablet, which makes it even better.

Acquisto veloce e intuitivo, siamo entrati senza fare eccessiva coda nonostante la grande quantità di gente presente (era sabato), la visita alla Sainte Chapelle e la Concergierie vale assolutamente la pena, la Sainte Chapelle è meravigliosa, ti lascia senza parole la vista delle sue meravigliose vetrate, mentre la Concergierie è stata una piacevole sorpresa, visita organizzata benissimo. non ci è stata fornita l'audioguida che era invece descritta come inclusa. Il museo sostiene che è un'audioguida che dece somministrare Civitatis. Abbiamo contattato il provider che non ci ha saputo aiutare per cui abbiamo dovuto acquistare le audioguide pagando 10 euro che Civitatis dovrebbe restituire
