Llegue justo a la hora señalada. Tal vez dos o tres minutos pasadas las 11.40hs. El encargado de seguridad de la puerta 36 de Roland Garros, no me dejó ingresar porque el coordinador de la visita ya había ingresado un par de minutos antes. Lamentablemente me quedé yo y mi hija sin poder realizar la visita. Mi consulta es porque si en todas las visitas hay una tolerancia de algunos minutos para el ingreso, está vez no lo hicieron.

The security officer at gate 36 of Roland Garros did not let me in because the coordinator of the visit had already entered a couple of minutes before. Unfortunately, me and my daughter stayed without being able to visit. My query is because if in all visits there is a tolerance of a few minutes for entry, this time they did not.

O guia chegou atrasado, grupo grande de turistas o que dificultou o registro da visita , ou escolhíamos ouvir as informações ou escolhíamos fazer algumas fotos dos locais visitados,o guia não avisou sobre o horário do fechamento da loja o que nos impediu de conhece-la.Não recomendo a visita no último horário pq não conseguirá conhecer a loja após a visita ou se chegar antes irá fazer o passeio carregando sacolas.

La guía llegó 15 minutos tarde, y no hablaba muy bien español. Quedaron varias zonas del estadio Philippe Chartier por visitar, como por ejemplo los palcos VIP. Al acabar la visita, nos cerraron la puerta por la que entramos y tuvimos que andar bastantes metros de más para llegar al metro. En cambio, esto nos vino bien para acercarnos y ver de cerca la pista Suzanne Lenglen.

The guide was 15 minutes late, and she didn't speak Spanish very well. Several areas of the Philippe Chartier stadium remained to be visited, such as the VIP boxes. At the end of the visit, they closed the door through which we entered and we had to walk many more meters to get to the subway. Instead, this came in handy to get up close and personal with the Suzanne Lenglen track.
