I’ve payed for a 3-day ticket but when I went to the Big bus office they said that the “museum pass is a 2 day pass” even if I payed for a 3 day pass; only the Paris pass is 3 day. Very estrange and disappointing.

The information on the website specifies that this card is valid for museums for two days. We're sorry if there was any misunderstanding.

The guy at the reception was rude. I was just going to ask a follow up question after he has given me my pass, but he said I have to wait again in line, follow the queue to ask my question.

Todo estuvo bien solo q no te orientan bien de lo que incluye o no además pensé q el bus turístico era por tres días pues se supone q compre la tarjeta de tres días pero es mentira no te da los planes por tres días solo te da por un día bus turístico y dos días de museo creo q no son claros al decir q es un día en vez de tres.

Como se explica en la descripción, se incluye transporte público ilimitado durante el tiempo elegido y uso de autobuses turísticos durante un día.

Buenos días, Debo indicarles que la asistencia para los clientes del parís pass, me resultó inexistente y además totalmente desinformada. No hay ningún plan de contingencia para los que compramos la tarjeta y nos asaltan (como en mi caso) perdí toda la inversión, y casi sin usarlo sin que exista algún tipo de soporte por parte de la empresa, a modo de al menos, desactivar la tarjeta robada.

Good morning, I must point out that the assistance for the clients of the paris pass, was non-existent and also totally uninformed. There is no contingency plan for those who buy the card and they assault us (as in my case) I lost all the investment, and almost without using it without there being any type of support from the company, by way of at least deactivating the stolen card.
