La visita a la Torre Eiffel estuvo muy bien. La guía fue muy amable y clara en sus explicaciones. El tour en bus fue abajo de lo esperado. La guía parecía distraida y poco clara en sus explicaciones. Su referencia a los números de la audioguía no coincidían. La audioguía puede mejorarse bastante en su accesibilidad y manejo. El contenido es bueno e interesante. Por la mañana visitamos la torre eiffel, está muy bien porque ya te dan las entradas para subir hasta la cima y no corres riesgo de quedarte sin entrada. El tour del bus fue por la tarde, en un bus de dos pisos descapotable, la guia muy bien, pero pillamos mucho tráfico. Y mucho sol. Nos hubieran podido avisar que el tour era en dos partes ( mañana y tarde) para podernos organizar. El viaje en barco es por libre, te dan los tickets y subes cuando quieres. Un consejo para quien reserve y tenga sus entradas y crea que ya lo tiene todo... NO os confiéis sobre todo si vais con el planning hecho y tenéis los días contados. Verifiquen que Civitatis a confirmado la reserva con el operador correspondiente de la excursión. Mi experiencia ha sido malísima, cuando llegamos al punto de encuentro no estábamos en la lista y no pudimos hacer la excursión y nos dejaron tiradas allí. Calor insoportable y con una niña de 11 años... Pésima experiencia.

A word of advice for those who book and have tickets and think they've already got it all... DON'T be overconfident, especially if you're planning ahead and have limited days. Check that Civitatis has confirmed your reservation with the tour operator. My experience was terrible. When we arrived at the meeting point, we weren't on the list, so we couldn't go on the tour. They left us stranded there. Unbearable heat, and with an 11-year-old girl... Terrible experience.

Fatal. La guía nos abandonó en la torre Eiffel y no nos dijo donde se cogía el crucero. Me llevé medía hora buscándola por la torre y nada....Eso nos hizo perder mucho tiempo y tuve que cancelar otra excursión. Cuando por fin me enteré de donde se cogía el crucero, había una cola enorme.... otra vez esperar un buen rato. Y el viaje en bus muy aburrido.....el guía se limitaba a indicarnos un número... teníamos una audioguía nada entretenida. No tiréis el dinero con esta excursión... fiasco total.

Terrible. The guide abandoned us at the Eiffel Tower and didn't tell us where the cruise was. I spent half an hour searching for her around the tower and nothing... That cost us a lot of time, and I had to cancel another excursion. When I finally found out where the cruise was, there was a huge line... another long wait. Está mal explicado el tour. Pensábamos que iba a ser todo guiado y seguido, y trastocó nuestros planes. Simplemente nos acompañaron a la torre sin explicar nada sobre ella. Por el precio que tiene, mejor comprar los billetes y realizarlo individualmente y no comprando este paquete.

No hubo un guia que explicara las cosas. Solo te dan el ticket de la torre y te dejan en el control y para explicaciones q escanees un qr. Del barco te dan el ticket y allí como todos también escaneas qr y en el autobus igual te dan qr q no funcionan bien y lo único q se consigue es q te quedes sin batería, además en el autobus es difícil hacer fotos pq tiene cristal. En resumen me resultaría más barato y fácil contratar cada cosa por separado pq civitatis no te da nada a más como un guia.

El tour la verdad que bastante regulero la chica no explicaba apenas nada y si no tienes móvil o por alguna razón no te va el móvil tampoco te dan otra opción , lo demás la subida a la torre inffell también bien pero tienes el mismo problema ....si no tienes móvil no hay explicación ..... A pesar de todo la visita a Paris estuvo bien ... Pero deberían dar alguna opción más para explicar las visitas .

El tour fue un desastre, la guia solo nos dio los boletos para el barco y practicamente no dijo nada mas y desaparecio, ni siquiera nos explicó donde era que habia que embarcar, no fue un tour guiado, fue pesimo. Muy mala guia y muy malo el tour, ademas nunca dijo que se iba, lo unico que hizo fue darnos los boletos.
