Todo muy bien salvó el calor que hacia en el autobús. La excursión, la Guía y el conductor excelentes. Pero 7 horas en un autobús a 30 grados se hace desagradable.

Me dejo el autobus llegue 5 min tarde y revisen el punto de encuebtro pues es bien alejado del centro. Y no quieren daruna respuesta. Aun cuando en el recordatorio decia 7y media. Es mas no fui la unica. Mande mensaje y no me reaponde. He hecho otros tours y debo esperar bastante. Asumo que como este es tan costo no esperan a nadie y uno pierde el dinero

Me fue pésimo. Muchas personas, incluyéndome, tuvimos algunos problemas en el transporte público (fuerza mayor). Llegué con 13 minutos de retraso. Llamé y escribí con antelacióní, avisando que llegaría a lo más con 15 minutos tarde. Todo aquello lo dejé registrado. Según indican en la agencia ellos esperaron 7 minutos. Sin embargo, dejaron a 17 personas fuera, no era solo yo. Fuimos a la agencia, me reprogramó cobrándome un 50% de multa. Espero que CIVITATIS responda por esta falta de criterio.

Los castillos son algo que vale la pena conocer, sin embargo el operador y los guías son bastante malos. La guía en español no explicó nada, cero agradable y hasta de mala gana. El tour sirvió para que nos llevaran a los castillos pero no para la explicación y hacer la visita más agradable. Es la primera vez que me toca un mal tour con ustedes.
