This was canceled at the last minute . . . due to no tour guide available.

We have been able to confirm that the guide was unable to arrive at the meeting point and carry out the tour because of an unexpected family matter. We apologise for the inconvenience, and we have confirmed that our team did their best to notify every participant, offering them alternative routes. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We showed up at 3.45pm at the designated meeting spot. When no one was seen by 3.55pm, we called the guide Eva to check. To our absolute shock, the tour was cancelled as she wasn't well without any information to us. As tourists, we had planned our day around this tour and it is very disappointing and upsetting to see such lack of professionalism or courtesy.

The local supplier has confirmed that the tour could not take place due to the guide being ill. An email was sent to you to inform you of the situation, we are sorry if you did not see it. We are sorry that in the end you were not able to enjoy the experience.

The tour leader cancelled during the morning and no alternative was offered so it shouldn’t be recorded that we didn’t show up !

Our team could not perform the service because they did not have any available guides. We regret that we did not have this information available earlier to inform the participants. We will make sure this does not happen again.
