Todo muy bien. El guía, educado y puntual. Nos orientó a cómo llegar al punto de encuentro. (Estabamos un poco perdidas buscando la sombrílla). Nos explicó pasó por pasó lo del transporte por tren. Y siempre estuvo pendiente en que todo el grupo se mantuviera junto. En cuanto a los jardines y el palacio, Luis IVX sabia lo que quería y cómo lo quería. Son maravillosos. Para el viaje en tren tuvimos que hacer algunos ajustes ya que la línea que nos lleva para Versalles no estaba en operación, pero la guía encontró una forma alternativa de llegar por tren. El paseo guiado por los jardines fue bueno, ya el palacio cada quien lo recorre por su cuenta, el tour no incluye la audioguía como se indica, esa hay que pagarla. La actividad en sí misma muy bien. La información previa en el boleto está desactualizada con respecto a la forma de sacar los billetes del RER, ya que actualmente SI se puede usar la tarjeta NAVIGO EASY para ello y la misma también sirve para el metro. Nos provocó bastante pérdida de tiempo frente a la máquina expendedora hasta que fuimos a una estación donde había un informador presencial. No se si les corresponde a Civitatis o a Buendía Tours. Me parece caro para las paradas con explicación. También íbamos muy lentos.
