Una hora y media para entrar y a la cumbre no nos dejaron subir por más que pagamos el adicional.

We expected to have priority and to get through the ticket line quickly because we were told we were buying tickets when we booked with civitatis. We were very disappointed to have to spend an hour in line waiting to buy tickets and then we received a tour that gave us information that I had already learned on my own doing research about the Eiffel Tower. The guide did not know the answers to some simple questions and the tour took much longer than it would have had we just gone up on our own.

This ticket prevents you from queueing at the ticket office, but not at the entrance or control check. We are sorry if the experience was not to your liking. We will pass on your comments to the local provider so that they can be taken into account in order to improve the service.

We pay the ticket price to the top and walk up to the second floor. They were not waiting for us at the meeting place and we had to call on the phone. we are waiting for tickets together with the other visitors. There was no organization. We lost more time if we had bought tickets on the spot

There was noone at the meeting point, which was written on the vaucher AND email. I spoke to the lady from the customer service, which stated that it has nothing to the with her and she tried to reach the guide. After a couple of minutes she told me that she cant reach him and that's it. I can only ask for a refund. We were there with two small kids, waiting for an hour. Our friends who weren't with us found the guide and only by pure luck we found them. I think that this is unexceptable!!!

We have checked that the tour was carried out as planned. The meeting point is correct and the supplier has confirmed that the activity was done with the rest of the participants that day. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the start time to avoid this type of incident. We are sorry that you could not enjoy the experience.

Information about the activity was not clear to me. I did not expect to wait for so long just for buying the tickets. The guide did a very good job for keeping us entertained. Actually that was the only added value of the activity.
