We were told to arrive at 8:45am and that the bus would leave at 9am. The bus was delayed and we did not leave until 9:52am, spending more than an hour waiting outside when it was -2C/28F. You'll see from other reviews that the bus is often late, and that it leaves before the final firework display. My advice would be to take the RER A train, which runs frequently, is on time, and is much cheaper (it stops right outside the park entrance). Trust me, book the RER A train and the ticket yourself.

Activities with pick-up and drop-off may be delayed due to traffic conditions or events in the city. Even so, our local team works hard to make the transfer efficient and comfortable for all participants. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and that the activity did not go as you expected.

Quando comprei pedi para receber os tickets pois iria por minha conta para o parque, fui informado não ser possível. No dia, houve um acidente na rodovia e me atrasei, Então enviaram os tickets, ou seja, era possível e não precisavam me fazer passar pelo stress que passei

O serviço contratado inclui transporte a partir de Paris. Em circunstâncias normais, os participantes devem ir com o grupo para receber as passagens. Como ocorreu uma emergência inesperada, nossa equipe concordou em proceder de maneira diferente. Ficamos felizes em saber que você finalmente conseguiu chegar ao parque.

El lugar de encuentro es demasiado lejos, lo demás depende solo de cada uno ya que el tiempo de espera por juego en promedio es de 40 minutos, por tanto de 09:30 a 18:30 alcanzas de sobra a hacer las mejores atracciones, imposible ver el show final por la hora en que te pasan a buscar (19:00)
