Yi Chen was a very engaging and informative guide, and he kept the tour going at a comfortable pace, especially in view of the large group (there were 21 of us) One caveat was the late start. We were all queued up 15 minutes before the start of the tour as per our instructions, but our guide arrived 40 minutes late. As a result there was a little tension in the air at the start, and a simple apology would have gone a long way. However, all in all we had a great time and learned a great deal

Muy bien la guía,nos explico todo muy bien .La parte de los Jardines muy linda,temprano no andaba el tren por lo que caminamos bastante hasta las residencias o Trianon ,observación el precio nos pareció elevado por qué el 60,% del recorrido se hace sin guia o audio guia y además te cobran por usar el tren interno. Hicimos la visita con Nati. Fue muy puntual. Nos repartió los auriculares para poder escucharla bien y un plano de Versalles. Gracias a los auriculares pudimos seguir la visita muy bien. Nati nos iba contando curiosidades, qué contenía cada sala que visitábamos y temas históricos. Fue muy ameno. A mejorar: los auriculares perdieron el sonido en varias ocasiones y el momento de la entrada igual podría organizarse mejor (que la guía se quede esperando a que pase todo el grupo). La guía con muy pocas ganas de guiar, hacía comentarios con opiniones personales y hasta me miró el teléfono cuando yo estaba mandando un mensaje de trabajo. En 15 años trabajando en turismo puedo darme cuenta cuando alguien es bueno o mal guía.

Nos íbamos a retrasar un poco por los cortes de tráfico de la celebración de champions, avisamos a la central y no nos daban opciones ni ayuda. Al final conseguimos retrasarnos solo 5min con un Uber. Volvimos a avisar a la central que nos dijo que sin problema. Pero al llegar no habían avisado de que llegábamos 5 min tarde… la guía se había ido del punto de encuentro y cuando la localizamos nadie la había avisado de nada. Al final todo empezó 40 min tarde
