El punto de encuentro con el guía no era el correcto, tuvimos que llamar por teléfono y la visita empezó con mal pie. Las explicaciones fueron correctas pero considero que con la diferencia del precio respecto al precio de la entrada sin guia podrían haber explicado algo en los jardines o exteriores.

Lo que estuvo muy mal es que el guia..en lugar de estar en el sitio indicado y establecido en la reserva como lugar de encuentro: que era la estatua ecuestre de Luis XIV...estaba junto a un micro naranja ...cerca de la puerta b ...adonde de casualidad pude llegar ...gracias a preguntar al resto de los guias de otras empresas ... que si estaban en los alrededores de la estatua ecuestre de Luis XIV. A lo que se suma que dicho guia, no se disculpo y estaba saliendo sin mi

Fenomenal. Quedamos encantados con la guía Noelia, nos contó con todo lujo de detalles muchos datos y anécdotas. Lo único fue que la duración de la guía no es como pone de 2,5 horas sino de algo más de una hora siendo que tuvimos que esperar a algunos asistentes y a coger las entradas y los audífonos.
