At the appointed time, we'll meet at 154 Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Ready to discover two icons of the French capital?
We'll start this free tour of Paris by admiring the Arc de Triomphe. After enjoying this imposing monument built by Napoleon Bonaparte, we'll stroll along the Champs-Élysées. During the walk along this emblematic Parisian avenue, we'll contemplate the Louis Vuitton Maison building from the outside.
Then, we'll take a detour to Avenue George V, where we'll see from the outside the legendary Hotel Prince de Galles. We'll also stop in front of the church of Saint-Pierre de Chaillot, one of the most beautiful monuments of the neighborhood.
The walk will then continue on the Avenue Marceau, where we'll pass by the Yves Saint Laurent Museum. Nearby is the Pont de l'Alma. Although we won't cross this bridge, we'll see the sculpture of the Flame of Liberty, which is located at the beginning of the walkway.
Finally, we'll walk along the Avenue du Président Wilson to see the Palais Tokyo from outside. Then, after a walking tour of about 2.5 hours, we'll conclude this free tour of Paris at the Place du Trocadéro, one of the most visited spots by travelers. Here we'll learn about the history of the Chaillot Palace. What's more, we'll enjoy an excellent panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower.
