Hola. El 9/02 recibí un correo donde se comunicaba la suspensión. Por tal motivo el mismo 9/02 recibí un llamado en idioma inglés por parte de CIVIATIS ofreciendo alternativas de días y horarios. Por no estar disponible les solicité el reembolso del costo de la actividad y me dieron el OK. Estoy esperandonel crédito en mi tarjeta de crédito para cerrar el tema

Péssimo !!! Enganação !!!! Eles colocam o foto do interior da catedral Notre Dame no anúncio e na verdade o tour é em volta da catedral , por fora , na rua , no frio !!!! Pra isso ninguém precisa de guia ! Qualquer um pode passear em volta sem pagar nada!!! E a história da catedral pode ser encontrada facilmente no Google !!! Me senti lesado e enganado ! Passeio não foi feito ! Estava 4 graus , sensação térmica de 1! Impossível ficar rodeando igreja ! Absurdo !!!!

Muy mal. Ha durado 40 minuts. Estava programada por2 horas. No nos hemos movido de delante de Notre Dame. No ha explicado casi nada, estilo gotico y como se quemo. Nos ha dejado en la entrada de la cripta y nos ha dicho que hacia mucho frio. Una estafa de 189€.
