Discover the highlights of Paris during an original one-day sightseeing tour with a guided tour of the Louvre Museum, followed by lunch at the Eiffel Tower while you admire the impressive views over the city and then finish the day with a circuit of the magnificent Notre Dame Cathedral.
The walking full-day tour starts at 10:30am from central Paris (2 rue des Pyramides). Follow the English-speaking guide to the Louvre Museum, which is just five minutes away.
Stroll straight into the largest museum in the world with fast track access and discover the Museum’s masterpieces and most important collections during an engaging guided tour. The Venus de Milo sculpture that represents the goddess Aphrodite or Jacques-Louis David’s impressive “Coronation of Napoleon” are just some of the must-see works of art housed in Paris’ most-visited museum. After completing the tour, you’ll head to Pont du Carrousel and board a Batobus boat that will sail to the Eiffel Tower.
During this enjoyable river boat cruise, you’ll admire views of the Orsay Museum, the imposing dome of Les Invalides or the Alexander III and Alma bridges. You’ll disembark at the Quai de la Bourdonnais to enjoy an exquisite lunch at the Eiffel Tower’s restaurant on the first floor. The set menu includes a starter, main course and cheese or dessert at choice and beverages. After lunch, you’ll have time to visit the Eiffel Tower at your own leisure and enjoy the magnificent views over Paris from its several observation decks.
For the next stop, you’ll get back on the river boat and wander down to the Île de la Cité, one of the two remaining natural islands in the Seine. Follow your guide straight through to the Notre Dame Cathedral with skip the line tickets and gaze at its extraordinary stained glass windows. The walking tour also includes a part outside the Cathedral to admire its gargoyles and stunning Gothic façade.
The tour will end at 5pm in front of Notre Dame.
