Esta todo muy bien organizado. Hablan varios idiomas los organizadores de la excursion y la verdad son muy atentos. La unica pega que tengo, es la de que la hora de vuelta del parque es muy pronto, se podria alargar mas la excursion. Por lo demas perfecto

Excelente. Muy puntuales. Lo unico que deberian dar mas tiempo a la hora de regresar del parque para las oficinas. El parque cerraba las 20:00 y nos recogienron a la 18:45 y no pudimos ver el espectaculo final. Tuvimos que salir corriendo para encontrar el bus.

Es tal cuál lo ofrecen, tiquete de entrada a los dos parques y transporte ida y vuelta desde un punto de encuentro (no desde hotel). El único pero es que el bus de regreso se demoró un poco en recogernos, pero la empresa advirtió antes que eso podría pasar.

Se llega relativamente pronto al parque (antes de las 9:00) pero hasta las 9:30 no abrieron las puertas y las atracciones hasta las 10:00. El regreso es a las 19:00 por lo que hay que salir del parque sobre las 18:30 para tomar el bus. Con esto quiero decir que se pierden las horas hasta el cierre del parque (creo que es a las 22:00). aconsejaría a la organización que la partida fuese media hora más tarde y el regreso más tardío para poder disfrutar más. No obstante nos llevamos un buen recuerdo y pudimos asitir a varias atracciones.

nos gusto, pero en verano las colas para esperar las atracciones se hacen eternas ,y eso de estar antes de las siete en el bus ,que es cuando empieza la cabalgata Disney(a las 7), para luego estar hasta y media esperando e el autobús para arancar . Horrible, carísimo, no te explican ni donde es el punto de encuentro para el regreso y se van antes. Nos tuvieron corriendo para alcanzarlos y aún así se fueron. No hay nadie que te ayude si te pierdes, no hay nada de atención por parte de los choferes ni de nadie. Solo te suben y te bajan del camión y ahí te botan horrible

Horrible, very expensive, they don't even explain where the meeting point for the return is and they leave early. They had us running to catch up with them and they still left. There is no one to help you if you get lost, there is no attention from the drivers or anyone else. They just put you on and off the truck and then they throw you away horribly.

Soy usuario frecuente de ustedes , esta experiencia fue muy caótica , nos citan por la mañana en un horario y el acceso al autobús demorado , a pesar que se indica que es en español la actividad todas las indicaciones y guía en inglés muy mal por eso , y lo peor para el regreso jamás encontré el autobús las instrucciones para mí no fueron claras y tuve que regresar en un taxi lo que me costó aún más y me generó muchísimo estrés

El traslado en la mañana lo perdimos a pesar de llegar con tiempo no encontramos al operador y cuando logramos contactarnos indicaron q el bus habia salido hace 10minutos y para el regreso nadie respondio para lograr ubicar el punto de recogida y poder tomar almenos el regreso, muy mal servicio del operador

Antes de leer mi reseña NO COMPREIS ENTRADAS EN CIVITATIS PARA DISNEYLAND. La hora de recogida para la vuelta a Paris es a las 20:45h. Mi sorpresa es que cuando entramos al parque nos explican que el espectáculo nocturno es a las 21h, con lo cual, pagamos 139€ para no poder verlo, cosa de la cual debería estar informados Civitatis y especificarlo, ya que si yo llego a saber esto, no compro la entrada en su página.

Before reading my review, DO NOT BUY DISNEYLAND TICKETS AT CIVITATIS. The pick-up time for the return to Paris is at 20:45h. My surprise is that when we entered the park they explained to us that the night show is at 21h, so we paid 139€ to not be able to see it, something that Civitatis should have been informed about and specified, because if I had known this, I would not have bought the ticket on their website.

Estuvo muy bien, el inconveniente que es muy grande y se necesitan mínimo dos días para poder ver lo bien, el otro inconveniente es que por la tarde llovió e hizo frio y no se pudo ver bien.
