El guía Fernando fue muy amable y atento durante toda la excursión, con conocimientos sólidos y muy buena predisposición y trato. Excelente profesional. En el bus no funcionaba el aire acondicionado en un día de extremo calor, lo cual hizo el viaje incómodo y muy agobiante (más de 4 horas), máxime teniendo en cuenta que arriba del bus se transportaban 40 personas.

Our guide, Fernando, was very kind and attentive throughout the tour, with solid knowledge and a very good attitude and treatment. He was an excellent professional. The bus's air conditioning didn't work on an extremely hot day, which made the trip uncomfortable and very stressful (more than four hours), especially considering the bus was carrying 40 people.

Sabiendo que es muy poco el tiempo que se pasa en cada ciudad resultó muy pobre la explicación de cada lugar. Falto información que se podría haber dado en la ruta antes de llegar ( info histórica, geográfica, social) Fue más el tiempo en los lugares que la guía recomendaba para comprar que la visita a las ciudades tan ricas en historia. El lugar de encuentro con el micro es muy feo, alejado del centro. La guía atenta. Al ser ingles- español siempre hay más explicación en inglés.

Knowing that we spend very little time in each city, the explanation of each place was very poor. El viaje es largo por lo que no hay mucho tiempo para conocer, comprar y comer. La guía no tenía un sistema adecuado para comunicarse. El alto parlante a veces funcionaba y a veces no. Las explicaciones muy cortas y al punto no agregaba más historia. En fin no es una excursión que recomendaría.

Un lugar hermoso para un guia que estaba más preocupado por vender!!!!! 45 minutos esperando a que la ge te comprara waffles en el lugar que obvio a el le daban comisión, después otra hora en la chocolateria. Nosotros íbamos a conocer, no a comer. No nos explico nada por estar más preocupado por lo anterior. Solo nos decía: vayan para allá, vayan para acá etc. Una guía puede arruinarte el lugar aunque este bellísimo. No volvería a contratar un tour tan caro para lo vivido

El guía Rodolfo que nos tocó. No nos daba tiempo de hacer nada y no cumplió en ningún momento con los horarios señalados que el protocolo marcaba e incluso él nos los señaló. Nos faltó el respeto a los latinoamericanos llamándonos de forma muy despectiva. Dejo en Bruselas a una señora que venía con nosotros en el tour porque no llegó a las 6:45 cuando él nos mencionó que la salida era a las 7pm de regreso. Tuvimos que pagar el boleto de la señora de regreso a Paris. Estamos muy desconformes

Un tour caro y muy carrereado, el instructor se la pasa con muchos tiempos muertos y ademas considero innecesaria la parada de regreso para cenar, en Brujas todo muy rápido al igual que en Bruselas....se que es un viaje largo pero creo que se puede optimizar mejor los tiempos. Comida deliciosa en Bruselas....
