Habíamos reservado para tener una guía en español y solo había una en inglés. La única opción era escuchar la audioguía que cuesta 69€ frente a los 79€ que pagamos.

We had booked to have a guide in Spanish and there was only one in English. The only option was to listen to the audio guide which costs €69 compared to the €79 we paid.

O local é lindo como o esperado, mas os guias são pouco comunicativos e desorganizados. Me deixaram sem ingresso e e eu tive que ligar para à agência e me instruir. Agora estou no estacionamento esperando o ônibus e nada ainda.

The place is beautiful as expected, but the guides are uncommunicative and disorganized. They left me without a ticket and I had to call the agency and get educated. Now I'm in the parking lot waiting for the bus and still nothing.

El tiempo para recorrer el sitio fue muy corto. El guía nos acompañó durante muy poco tiempo. Solo en durante el Jardín Japonés. Todo lo demás el recorrido fue sin guía.
