El paseo estuvo muy bonito, el recorrido es amplio y muy agradable. Lo único es que pagamos por un servicio de Navidad que ofrecía al terminar una tarta y bebida caliente, y no nos dieron nada. El recorrido acabó en Printemps Hausman y estaban cerradas. Se ha cobrado por un servicio inexistente.

The walk was very nice, the route is wide and very pleasant. The only thing is that we paid for a Christmas service that offered a cake and a hot drink at the end, and they didn't give us anything. La actividad es para ver las zonas más relevantes y de paso ir viendo las luces que hay por ahí. No está mal. Pero luego te dan un vale para cogerte el detalle gourmet después del autobús. Empezamos el bus a las 6 y terminamos a las 8, fuimos a por el pastel y bebida que nos daba el vale y nos dijeron que ya estaba cerrado, que fuésemos mañana (y no vamos a estar). Este vale deberían darlo a la vez de la reserva para poder ir cuando quieras y deberían avisar también del horario de ese sitio.

Lo más destacado fue la plaza Vendome, Champs Elíseos con sus tiendas iluminadas y ver la torre Eiffel de noche con las luces y muy cerca. Muy bonito. El resto de Paris no tiene mucha iluminación más que las mismas tiendas. Si que para ver las zonas de Paris más importantes es genial pero de Navideño...poco. Pasamos mucho frío.

The highlights were the Vendome square, the Champs Elysees with its illuminated shops and seeing the Eiffel tower at night with the lights and very close. Very pretty. The rest of Paris does not have much lighting other than the same stores. Yes, it's great to see the most important areas of Paris, but for Christmas... not much. We got very cold.

Nos han dejado titados. Nos dice el conductor que ya no hacen más Tours. Le hemos enseñado el voucher que teníamos contratado a las 18h y ha dicho que nos apañemos con nuestra agencia. Todos los quee estábamos haciendo cola a 2⁰ nos hemos quedado tirados. Una falta de seriedad tremenda. Espero que Civitatis exija responsabilidades porque nos han estafado, ya que han cobrado anticipadamente.

They have left us in the lurch. The driver tells us that they are not doing any more tours. We showed him the voucher that we had booked at 6pm and he told us to deal with our agency. All of us who were queuing at 2pm were left stranded. A tremendous lack of seriousness. La experiencia ha sido decepcionante. Autobuses turísticos no adaptados para la temperatura de las fechas. Hoy hacía entre 0 y 3 grados y con niños en la parte superior del autobús sin cerrar nos hemos muerto de frío. La audioguia nada enfocado a la Navidad. Conclusión si coges el bus normal turístico de tarde te costará menos y verás incluso más cosas...Para mi un sacacuartos sin sentido.

The experience was disappointing. Tourist buses not adapted to the temperature of the time of year. Cuando llegamos al punto de encuentro no había nadie de Civitatis. Nos tuvimos que espabilar preguntando al personal de To-ot bus que estaban allí. Llegamos como nos pedían en la convocatoria de Civitatis 15 minutos antes de la hora (18:00h) y al final nos tuvimos que poner los últimos de la cola . Después en el bono ponía que nos daban un ticket para una vez finalizado disfrutar de una bebida caliente y un trozo de tarta. Pues nada de nada, nadie no ha dado nada. En fin, cuidado con este tour.

When we arrived at the meeting point there was no one from Civitatis. We had to get our act together by asking the To-ot bus staff who was there. We arrived as requested in the Civitatis announcement 15 minutes before the time (18:00h) and in the end we had to be at the back of the queue. Then the voucher said that they would give us a ticket to enjoy a hot drink and a piece of cake once we had finished. Well, nothing at all, no one gave us anything. Estuvo bien. Un poco frio (no habia mantas para todos) y la audioguia no andaba bien. Se paraba, repetian los mismos mensajes y habia muchos monumentos que no decian cuales eran. El trafico fatal pero eso no es problema de la compañia

It was fine. A bit cold (there weren't enough blankets for everyone) and the audio guide didn't work well. It stopped, repeated the same messages and there were many monuments that didn't say which ones they were. The traffic was terrible but that's not the company's problem.

Ciao. il giro è stato carino anche se un pò noioso, sicuramente comodo per vedere in poco tempo le luci di Natale a Parigi . Un appunto negativo ai narratori in italiano, le loro battute veramente di basso livello Noi italiani, credo, siamo "meglio" di quello raccontato dalle voci.
