Desafortunadamente no vimos el correo que llegó con el código de barras y no pudimos entrar, pensamos que el correo que llegó al siguiente día, era repetido. Llegando allá nos dimos cuenta y tuvimos que comprar otros tickets. Quisiéramos ver si hay modo de recuperar algo de lo que se pagó de esas entradas

Unfortunately, we didn't see the email that arrived with the barcode and couldn't get in. We thought the email that arrived the next day was a duplicate. When we got there, we realized it was the same and had to buy other tickets. We'd like to see if there's a way to recover some of the money paid for those tickets.

no pudimos acceder al espactaculos de las fuentes ,porque nos dijeron que con nuestra entrada no se podia aceder , por eso nos pusimos en contacto con ustedes ese mismo momento para que nos lo solucionaran, porque en la entrada de ustedes si que ponia claro que podiamos entrar

Es importante qué se envíen las entradas con más días de anticipación. Llegamos al Palacio Versalles, no teníamos Internet y no sabíamos que nos habían enviado un correo... El lugar donde informan no nos quisieron dar WiFi. Muy desagradables
