Las entradas, perfectas, sin problema a la hora de entrar en los parques todas las veces, que queríamos. Lo UNICO MALO. NO TE DEJAN ANULAR ENTRADA AL PARQUE, a no ser que sean tres día antes de disfrutar de ellas. Hay en ocasiones, que por enfermedad, (CUASA MAYOR), las personas no pueden viajar, y deberían de dar la opción de poder recuperar una parte de la entrada, no como en nuestro caso, que la perdimos totalmente. The tickets were perfect, we had no problem getting into the parks every time we wanted. The ONLY BAD THING. THEY DO NOT LET YOU CANCEL PARK TICKETS, unless it is three days before you want to enjoy them. Sometimes, due to illness (FOREIGN), people cannot travel, and they should give the option of recovering part of the ticket, not like in our case, where we lost it completely. El parque es muy pequeño, desangelado y con la mayoría de atracciones en construcción. Por supuesto, no comáis dentro, ya que la comida es muy mala. Para visitar este parque, es mejor comprar una entrada para poder entrar a los 2 parques, ya que en 3 horas te lo ves. Estuve en el parque clasico el día anterior y fue impresionante (salvo la comida, que es igual de mala). La entrada al parque de Pixar no debería costar más de 30-40€, porque no hay nada de nada.

Visitamos Walt Disney Studios Park el 22 de octubre de este año 2025 y quedamos muy decepcionados: gran parte del parque estaba cerrado o en obras. Íbamos con ilusión de ir a la atracción de rata Tui y estaba cerrada, muchas de las atracciones valladas y absolutamente pobre en animaciones y espectaculos y no se informó adecuadamente de la magnitud de las restricciones. La experiencia fue muy limitada y no se correspondió con el precio abonado. Solicitamos una compensación o reembolso parcial.”

We visited Walt Disney Studios Park on October 22nd of this year and were deeply disappointed: much of the park was closed or under renovation. We were looking forward to the Tui the Rat ride, but it was closed. Many of the attractions were fenced off, and the entertainment and shows were absolutely lacking. We were not adequately informed about the extent of the restrictions. The experience was very limited and did not correspond to the price paid. We are requesting compensation or a partial refund.
