Difficult to find meeting place , followed guide to tower then disentangle see them again found our own way about so can’t recomend paying for this service ️

The staff of our team meets with the customers, gives them the tickets and accompanies them to the tower. We regret that some of this process was not to your satisfaction. We will continue to strive to improve in every possible way.

The wait is excruciating long. Only sign up when you have the time to spare. The queue was so long, it was not systematic and not worth the wait. Regret purchasing the tickets.

Activities as popular as the Eiffel Tower might mean you may have to wait even when purchasing priority access. We are sorry about this, but hope you enjoyed the views anyway.

Muy Mala experiencia. Perdí dinero. La guía únicamente nos acompañó hasta el ascensor De la Torre Eiffel y nos facilitó una audio guía. Esto tiene un pase! Pero lo realmente malo, fue que nos dio las entradas para el crucero, sin ninguna indicación y cuando llegamos, le pregunté a alguien de la empresa y me dijo que debíamos hacer una cola inmensa de aproximadamente dos horas. Nos marchamos sin hacerlo. Escogí esta actividad porque fui con niños y teníamos un tiempo limitado en Paris.

Very bad experience. I lost money. The guide only accompanied us to the Eiffel Tower elevator and provided us with an audio guide. This has a pass! But the really bad thing was that he gave us the tickets for the cruise, without any indication and when we arrived, I asked someone from the company and he told me that we would have to wait in a huge queue for approximately two hours. We left without doing it. I chose this activity because I went with children and we had limited time in Paris.
