La recogida y las personas del operador bien Los autobuses muy mal. Sin aire acondicionado y sucios. El trayecto con los atascos a París duran más de una hora y con el calor ha sido difícil de soportar, sobre todo para niños y bebés.

Pues muy mal. No me tenían en la lista no pasaron a recogernos. Nos quedamos tirados. Luego de llamar para pedir explicaciones me enviaron un taxi(el cual tuve que pagar yo nada menos que 127€) y luego el guía del barco solo habló en francés e inglés con lo cual para los españoles de guiada nada a no ser que hables inglés o francés fluido. Me gustó el crucero pero es como si lo hiciera por libre. Espero el reingreso del dinero del taxi todavía.

Sentimos mucho que tuvieras este inconveniente a la hora de realizar la actividad. El proveedor local nos ha confirmado, como ya te hemos comentado, que se te reembolsará el total pagado por el taxi. Por otro lado, en esta actividad no hay guía, sino un acompañante que habla español.

La descripción de la página de Civitatis estaba errónea y ni la recogida ni el tiempo de crucero estaban bien. El guía no fue capaz de hablar durante los 20 minutos de atasco en el centro de paris. Ni explicarnos absolutamente nada
